What is a DA Finish Nailer?

This tool is used for Finishing work is a 15 Gauge nailer, commonly used in Second Fix joinery such as working with mouldings, door frames, skirting, furniture manufacturing, cabinet making, kitchens, bedrooms, garden buildings, boat building, etc.

The 'D' stands for the shape of the head of the nail. One of the sides is flattened, creating the shape of a capital D letter. The 'A' stands for Angled, as the angled magazine allows for access to more confined, awkward areas opposed to the conventional straight magazine. Due to their angled definition, they are sometimes referred to as 'Inclined' Brads, or Finish Nails. They are available in length from 32 mm to 64 mm.
