Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we would be happy to return or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase.
If the original purchase was paid by Credit/ Debit Card or Paypal that account will be credited upon receipt of the returned item.
To return an item, please contact the MyToolkit Team at info@mytoolkit.co.uk or call us on: 0333 8000 345. (standard rate number) Return Carriage will be paid by the customer unless the product is faulty.
